As a solo esthetician, I am by appointment only and ask that if you need to cancel your appointment you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment so that I have an opportunity to fill your appointment time. If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before there will be a 20% charge of your appointment. I understand things happen that are not planned and you may need to cancel last minute which will require contacting me in order to cancel. At which time I will determine whether or not you will be charged for your appointment. This is to protect my time and business and I appreciate your understanding.
